"Happy Cities: A New Model for Designing New Urban Areas" Workshop

 

The Happy Cities was held in Bangkok, Thailand from January 6-17th, 2020. Through a collaboration between Department of Industrial Design, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University / SoA+D, KMUTT / the D-Lab at T.H.Chan, Harvard University and Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), this workshop focused on the application of design methods and frameworks to identify short and long term forces of changes in the urban environments that impact the happiness of its inhabitants.
